The Capital Improvement Project System (CIPS) is a multi-user database
system designed to monitor and manage financial and project information for Capital
Improvement Projects. The original system was designed for a large metropolitan
county in Texas to meet the diverse needs of a public entity that manages
multi-million dollar capital projects.
The system provides the following functions:
Each of the module provides a user
friendly GUI and implements the business logic at the database
level. The system also provides hierarchical access levels for users
under different categories for the purpose of data security.
The system also includes a detailed reporting
system. Financial statements, general ledger, vendor status report,
project status report and cash-flow analysis report are some of the
reports generated by the system.
CIPS runs on Window 98/NT/2000/XP.
The system was developed using MS VB 6.0 and SQL Server 2000. The reports
have been developed using Seagate's Crystal Reports 8.5.
EZReports is a Web-based Software for management and
reporting of After School Programs. EZReports meets all the data
(registration, attendance etc) and academic reporting requirements
of the U.S. Department of Education. The software is perfectly
customized for 21st CCLC program. The software is entirely adaptable
for any other beyond school hours program. The software provides a
user-friendly interface for day-to-day activities by site
coordinators and program directors.

ending process called “Turn Around Document (TAD) Process” for each of the components.

System for Colleges/Universities. The personnel sub
system is designed to handle the personnel functions for the staff,
faculty and other employees of the college. The system keeps track
of assignments for faculty and staff members, hours worked and
leaves details. The system keeps track of performance appraisal for
the faculty and staff. The system keeps track of salaries,
increments etc. This information is also updated in the financial
system. Salaries are calculated on the basis of pay options and compensation hours. The system generates salary and
various other reports.
The Financial sub system keeps track of the college's income,
budget and expenses. Each department keeps track
of financial information through various accounts. The system
provides various reports including account summaries, trend
analysis, and financial statements.
The database is developed using Microsoft SQL Server.

and track all the assets in any small to medium size organization.
The system includes various modules for asset tracking such as
Inventory Management, Allocation and Assignment, Asset Movement,
Maintenance, and Deprecation. Each of the module provides a user
friendly GUI and implements the business logic at the database
level. The system also provides hierarchical access levels for users
under different categories for the purpose of data security. The
system is also capable of interfacing with standard accounting and
financial packages.
The system uses the barcode system and has hardware
interface with label printer /scanner and a palm device. The system
also provides an elaborate reporting module. Reports generated
include asset summary, asset by category, asset by vendor, room
summary, misplaced assets, maintenance history, movement history,
assignment history, and depreciation report.
ATS is available in both client–server and web-based
versions. The systems operate under Windows 98/NT/2000. The system
was developed using VB 6.0, ASP, COM, IIS, MS SQL Server 2000 and
Crystal Reports.
